FIRST, you need to download mobile vr station on the store. Then when its installed, download this apk. After go on mobile vr station. This bit is VERY important, click on local files, all folders, android, data, scroll down till you see scoped storage actions,  request access, then click on oculus quest something like 3,2 or 3s, download, find the apk you downloaded. It will be called day taggers, click the 4 arrows on the apk on the top right, click continue, when its done, click open!
